Loyal to Kentucky. Accountable to You.

The balance of the Senate is on the line.

Washington politicians have broken promise after promise: on lowering prices, on protecting health care and on standing up for veterans. What’s happening isn’t normal, it’s dangerous. This is a once-in-a-generation chance to elect a senator who will fight for us.

Kentucky comes first, always.

I will work to ensure that Kentucky is a place where a full week’s work pays the bills, where no one has to choose between keeping the lights on and filling a prescription, and where small businesses can grow without being crushed by bad trade policy and rising costs. I will push back against tariffs that hurt our small businesses and consumers, and protect rural hospitals so families can get care close to home. I will stand up for veterans, workers, students, and health care providers — the people who keep this state running. And I will stand up to anyone, including Donald Trump, when their actions threaten our democracy or their policies hurt Kentucky. My loyalty is to Kentucky and the people who call it home.

Amy on the Issues

Chaos in Washington is raising grocery bills and closing hospitals. Amy McGrath will fight for Kentucky, end the chaos, and deliver relief for families.

Older Kentuckians that have recent primary vote history need to read more than once that:

1. Families across Kentucky are paying more, and the system is rigged against them. Amy McGrath will take on the powerful interests driving up costs and put working people first.   And: 2:  While others talk, Amy McGrath steps up and fights back.

1. Families across Kentucky are paying more, and the system is rigged against them. Amy McGrath will take on the powerful interests driving up costs and put working people first.

Families across Kentucky are paying more for groceries, gas, and health care, and Washington keeps protecting the wrong people. Amy McGrath won’t. She’ll take on insurance companies that deny care and drive up costs because your doctor, not a CEO, should make your medical decisions. She’ll fight for a true public option to bring down health care costs, work to repeal tariffs that are driving up prices on everyday goods, and take on corporations that are price-gouging and putting profits over people. She’ll stand up to Donald Trump and politicians backing policies that raise costs, reward billionaires, and drag us into more endless wars.

Amy McGrath’s Plan To Lower Prices:
  1. Repeal tariffs that are raising prices on everyday goods
  2. Lower health care costs by strengthening the Affordable Care Act and creating a public option
  3. Restore Congressional oversight on war decisions, because endless wars come with real costs at home
  4. Focus economic policy on lowering costs for working families, not giving more breaks to the wealthy
2. While others talk, Amy McGrath steps up and fights back.

Amy built an organization that pushed back on abortion restrictions and supported leaders on the front lines defending our democracy and our elections. As Senator, she’ll take on the same powerful interests, protect our fundamental rights, defend this country from the chaos coming out of Washington, and deliver real results for Kentucky families from day one.

Amy McGrath – making a difference:
  1. Amy McGrath founded and funded efforts to help Democratic Secretaries of State nationwide who are on the front lines defending Democracy and our right to vote

  2. Amy has spent the last several years building an organization that supports women, working to get more women candidates into office and helping defeat Amendment 2 to protect reproductive rights in Kentucky.

  3. Amy is tireless in her opposition to the Trump Administration culture of corruption, self-dealing, and using the levers of government for their political gain
